进口钢丝电阻对焊机结构分析与创新实践

摘　　要：针对金属制品企业所使用的电阻式钢丝对焊机及进口钢丝对焊机电极钳口存在的问题,对进口钢丝对焊机的电极钳口结构进行了分析。研制出一种钢丝夹紧牢固、焊接质量好、操作自动化程度高的液压式电阻对焊机,研制的焊机设备满足了金属制品企业对钢丝对焊的工艺要求,值得在钢丝生产中推广应用。To solve the problems existing in electrode jaw of resistance steel wire butt welding machine used in metal products enterprises,the electrode jaw structure of imported steel wire butt welding machine is analyzed.A hydraulic resistance butt welding machine with firm steel wire clamping,good welding quality and high degree of operation automation is developed.The newly developed butt welding machine meets technological requirements of steel wire butt welding in metal products enterprises,and is worthy of popularization and application in steel wire production.
