摘　　要：工程机械用汽车吊、履带吊具有起升扬程高、吨位大、危险系数大的特点,在钢丝绳调试和使用前期偶尔出现扭绞的现象,影响吊装安全。要求钢丝绳具有较高的破断拉力和较好的阻旋转性能,以保证高空作业时吊装安全。国内高扬程汽车吊、履带吊普遍选用35W×7/K7、15×K7-IWRC、4V×39S+FC等结构钢丝绳。对造成阻旋转钢丝绳扭绞现象的原因进行分析,并给出阻旋转钢丝绳在生产、安装、使用过程中采取的措施。Automobile crane and crawler crane used in construction machinery have characteristics of high lifting head,large tonnage and high risk coefficient.In early stage of wire rope test and use,the phenomenon of twisting occasionally occurs,which affects safety of hoisting.The wire rope is required to have higher breaking force and better rotation-resistance to ensure safety of hoisting at high altitude.Domestic high lift truck crane,crawler crane generally use 35W×7/K7,15×K7-IWRC,4V×39S+FC structure wire rope.The causes of twisting phenomenon of rotation-resistant wire rope are analyzed,and the measures taken in production,installation and use of rotation-resistant wire rope are given.
