摘　　要：面对“人类向何处去”的时代命题,以习近平同志为核心的党中央科学把握当今时代发展潮流和人类文明演进趋势,弘扬马克思主义人类交往理论,传承中华优秀传统文化和党的文明交往思想与经验,借鉴当代全球思想文化精华,形成了新时代文明交流互鉴观。作为习近平外交思想的重要组成部分,新时代文明交流互鉴观的内涵十分丰富,坚持多元多样是基础、平等尊重是前提、开放包容是动力、和合发展是目标,强调各美其美与美美与共的统一、以我为主与兼收并蓄的统一、和而不同与聚同化异的统一,在实践中弘扬中华优秀传统文化,倡导文化多元主义,加强中外文化交流机制建设。新时代文明交流互鉴观不仅为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供了文化指引,为维护世界持久和平消除了思想文化障碍,为促进国家间互信合作夯实了文化基础,也为促进和改善全球治理、推动人类文明发展进步贡献了中国智慧。Faced with the issue for our time of “where is humanity going”,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has scientifically grasped the development trends of our time and the evolution of human civilization,promoted the Marxist theories of human interactions,inherited the fine traditional Chinese culture and the CPC’s thoughts and experience of civilizational interactions,drawn on the essence of contemporary global thoughts and cultures,and formed the Approach to Exchange and Learning among Civilizations in the New Era.As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,the Approach to Exchange and Learning among Civilizations in the New Era is very rich in connotation. It insists that pluralism and diversity are the foundation,equality and respect are the prerequisites,openness and inclusiveness are the driving force,and harmonious development is the goal. It emphasizes the unity of “each treasures what of its own is beautiful” and “what is different but beautiful can be shared”,the unity of giving priority to oneself and drawing inspiration from one another,and the unity of seeking harmony in diversity and combining our interests and dissolving differences. The Approach to Exchange and Learning among Civilizations in the New Era promotes the fine Chinese traditional culture in practice, advocates cultural pluralism and strengthens the construction of cultural exchange mechanisms between China and foreign countries. Practicing the Approach to Exchange and Learning among Civilizations in the New Era has provided cultural guidance to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,removed ideological and cultural barriers to maintain lasting peace in the world,consolidated the cultural foundation for promoting mutual trust and cooperation among nations,and contributed Chinese wisdom to promoting and improving global governance and advancing the development and progress of human civilization.
