摘  要:研究了铸态下高强度、高韧性球铁板簧座,在对其三维结构和过共晶球墨铸铁的凝固特性进行分析后,根据模数法确定了冒口的形状、尺寸以及位置,并设计了阶梯式和顶注式两种浇注系统。采用ProCAST软件对这两种铸造工艺进行了数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行了对比研究。最后,对阶梯浇注系统下获得的铸件进行取样分析,研究对比了五个本体试样的力学性能、金相组织和断口形貌。In this paper,the leaf spring seat of ductile iron with high strength and toughness in as-cast condition was studied.After analyzing its three-dimensional structure and the solidification characteristics of hypereutectic ductile iron,the shape,size and position of riser were determined according to the modulus method,and two pouring systems of step type and top type were designed.The two kinds of casting processes were simulated by ProCAST software,and the simulation results were compared.Finally,the castings obtained under the step gating system were sampled and analyzed,and the mechanical properties,microstructure and fracture morphology of the five bulk samples were studied and compared.
