摘　　要：以衡阳市为研究对象,探索湖南省1∶1万基础地理信息数据省市县联动更新方法,以增量更新、大比例尺到小比例尺联动更新为技术手段,构建现势性强的1∶1万基础地理信息数据库,为各部门和地方政府提供基础地理信息决策支撑。Hengyang City was taken as the research object to explore the method of linkage update of Hunan Province’s geographic information data of 1:10000.Incremental update and multi-scale linkage update were used as technical means to divide the responsibility grid.A current the geographic information database of 1:10000 was constructed to provide basic geographic information decision support for various departments and local governments.
