摘  要:儿童友好是城市内涵式发展和以人为本建设的重要切入点。如何营造适宜儿童健康成长的城市环境,成了新时期规划领域亟需回答的问题。城市规划是保障儿童游戏空间并确保其不被侵占的关键机制之一。英国儿童游戏空间相关标准和指引,在保证游戏空间规模、可达性和安全性的基础上,一直致力于让高质量的游戏空间来促进儿童身心健康和社会化发展,冒险性、独立活动性、包容性、自然化等是其关注的重要维度,并将儿童游戏空间范围从专门设置的儿童游戏场向更为广泛的可游戏空间。深圳在全面先行示范建设儿童友好城市的背景下,正探索明确儿童游戏场地的规划标准和设计指引,以期通过地方法定规范的方式来保障儿童游戏的权利。The construction of child-friendly cities is an important entry point for urban connotative development and people-oriented planning. How to create an urban environment suitable for the healthy growth of children has become an urgent question in the planning field in these days and ages. Urban planning is one of the key mechanisms to safeguard children′s play spaces and ensure that children′s play spaces cannot be occupied. The relevant standards and guidelines for children′s play spaces in the UK, on the basis of ensuring the scale, accessibility and safety of play spaces, devote to make high-quality play spaces, promoting children′s physical health, mental health and personal development. Risk-taking, independent activities, inclusiveness, naturalization are the important dimensions of their attention and so on. The relevant standards for children′s play spaces in the UK also expand the scope of children′s play spaces from specific children′s playgrounds to wider playable spaces. In the context of building a child-friendly pioneer city, Shenzhen is exploring the planning standards and design guidelines for children′s play spaces, hoping to protect children′s rights to play through local laws and regulations.
