后疫情视角下的韧性社区公共空间设计研究——以武汉市光谷青年城为例

摘　　要：针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间社区空间存在的关于人与环境之间不和谐的现状问题,梳理了国内外关于韧性理念的相关研究,将韧性城市的概念付诸于社区空间,从社区空间布局和基础设施设计上实现韧性建设,以此提升社区空间应变力。结合武汉市后疫情环境下光谷青年城社区空间现状,从公共空间布局和环境构成出发,以多功能、灵活性的空间布置和模块化、应变性的设施设计实现社区应对环境冲击时的动态平衡,完成社区韧性构建。社区作为城市的基本活力单元,在发展建设中同样具有应对和抵御环境变化的重大责任,在后疫情环境下,构建韧性社区是对该类突发性灾变给社区空间带来的影响进行及时缓解和调整,以此保障社区系统的平衡状态。Against the pandemic under the background of community space about the present situation of the disharmony between man and environment problem, combed the domestic and foreign related research on resilience concept, the concept of urban resilience into community space, from the community on the space layout and infrastructure design, construction of resilient, to enhance community space resilience. By sorting out and analyzing the relationship and development between resilience and the system, urban resilience was introduced into the most dynamic community system, and the framework for improving community resilience was analyzed. Based on the current situation of community space in Wuhan Optics Valley Youth City in the post-pandemic environment, starting from the layout of public space and environmental composition, with multi-functional and flexible space layout and modular and flexible facility design, the dynamic balance of the community in response to environmental impact is realized and the resilience of the community is constructed. As the basic vitality unit of a city, communities also have great responsibility to cope with and resist environmental changes in development and construction. In the post-pandemic environment, building resilient communities is to timely mitigate and adjust the impact of such sudden disasters on community space, so as to ensure the balance of community system.
