摘 要:随着城市地铁建设速度的加快,紧邻车站深基坑建筑物的保护问题越来越受到重视。本文依托上海地铁14号线某车站的附属深基坑工程,采用PLAXIS有限元模拟预估基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的安全影响,并将模拟结果与实际监测数据进行对比分析,最终得出紧邻建筑物基础在前期施工至浇筑第二道支撑时间段为主要变形期的沉降规律;同时制定了针对围护结构及地层的加强措施,保障了施工期间建筑物结构的安全,可为同类工程提供合理借鉴。With the acceleration of urban subway construction, more and more attention has been paid to the protection of deep foundation pit buildings adjacent to the station.Based on the foundation pit engineering of a subway station on Shanghai Metro Line 14,the influence of foundation pit excavation on adjacent building is predicted using PLAXIS finite element software.Compared with the actual monitoring data, the law of foundation settlement adjacent to the building is obtained, which from the early construction to the second support in the main deformation period, andthe strengthening measures for the retaining structure and stratum are formulated, which ensures the safety of the building structure during the construction and provides a reasonable reference for similar projects in the future.
