摘 要:选取4类气候区中的8座典型城市:严寒地区漠河、哈尔滨、沈阳,寒冷地区北京、太原,夏热冬冷地区上海、重庆,夏热冬暖地区广州。以结构相同的居住建筑为研究对象,模拟计算供暖期、供冷期、过渡期的新风负荷、围护结构负荷,分析各气候区的新风负荷特点。供暖期,严寒地区、寒冷地区、夏热冬冷地区的新风负荷均由显热负荷主导。供冷期,严寒地区的新风负荷中显热负荷与潜热负荷相当,寒冷地区、夏热冬冷地区、夏热冬暖地区的新风负荷均由潜热负荷主导。过渡期,各气候区的新风显热负荷均比较可观。在严寒地区,宜选用显热回收通风装置。在其他地区,宜选用全热回收通风装置。与围护结构负荷相比,各气候区供暖期、供冷期的新风全热负荷均比较可观,重庆、广州供冷期的新风全热负荷甚至超过围护结构负荷。Eight typical cities in four climatic zones are selected:Mohe,Harbin and Shenyang in severe cold regions,Beijing and Taiyuan in cold regions,Shanghai and Chongqing in hot summer and cold winter regions,and Guangzhou in hot summer and warm winter regions.Taking the residential buildings with the same structure as the research object,the fresh air load and the building envelop load during the heating period,the cooling period and the transition period are simulated and calculated,and the characteristics of the fresh air load in each climatic zone are analyzed.During the heating period,the fresh air load in severe cold regions,cold regions and hot summer and cold winter regions is dominated by the sensible heat load.During the cooling period,the sensible heat load in the fresh air load in the severe cold regions is equal to the latent heat load,and the fresh air load in the cold regions,hot summer and cold winter regions and hot summer and warm winter regions are dominated by the latent heat load.During the transition period,the sensible heat load of fresh air in each climatic zone is relatively considerable.The sensible heat recovery ventilation device should be selected in severe cold regions.The full-heat recovery ventilation device should be selected in other regions.Compared with the load of enclosure structure,the full-heat load of fresh air during heating period and cooling period in each climatic zone is relatively considerable,and the full-heat load of fresh air during cooling period in Chongqing and Guangzhou even exceeds the load of the building envelope.
