摘 要:针对天然气富氧燃烧炉窑烟气设计了一套烟气压缩及CO_(2)液化工艺系统,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对工艺流程进行模拟计算和分析,得到了压缩压力、烟气工况、液化器出口温度对系统性能及能耗的影响。烟气工况为烟气5(氧化剂中氧气摩尔分数为95%时天然气燃烧生成的烟气)、液化器-2出口温度为-33℃时,当压缩机-3出口压力由2 MPa升至5 MPa时,碳捕获率由65.8%逐渐增加至95.5%,产品CO_(2)纯度由98.8%逐渐降低至93.7%;单位综合能耗由1033 kW·h/t逐渐下降至786 kW·h/t,且下降幅度逐渐减小。当压缩机-3出口压力为3 MPa、液化器-2出口温度为-33℃时,随着氧化剂中氧气摩尔分数提高,碳捕获率逐渐增加,产品CO_(2)纯度呈现出类似抛物线形的变化曲线,且单位综合能耗呈现先减后增的变化趋势,当氧化剂中氧气摩尔分数为95%时,单位综合能耗最低,为819 kW·h/t。当压缩机-3出口压力为3 MPa、液化器-2出口温度为-33℃时,为捕集到普通级纯度CO_(2),天然气炉窑利用氧气摩尔分数为90%、95%的氧化剂进行富氧燃烧碳捕获的单位综合能耗,较纯氧燃烧碳捕获的单位综合能耗分别降低21%、33%。当液化器-2出口温度降至-54℃后,天然气炉窑利用氧气摩尔分数为75%~95%的氧化剂进行富氧燃烧碳捕获的单位综合能耗均低于纯氧燃烧碳捕获的单位综合能耗。A set of flue gas compression and CO_(2) liquefaction process system was designed for the flue gas of natural gas oxygen-rich combustion furnace.The process flow was simulated and analyzed by using Aspen Plus simulation software.The effects of compression pressure,flue gas working conditions and liquefier outlet temperature on the system performance and energy consumption were obtained.When the flue gas working condition is flue gas 5(flue gas generated by natural gas combustion when the oxygen mole fraction in oxidant is 95%),the outlet temperature of liquefier-2 is-33℃,and the outlet pressure of compressor-3 increases from 2 MPa to 5 MPa,the carbon capture rate gradually increases from 65.8%to 95.5%,and the product CO_(2) purity gradually decreases from 98.8%to 93.7%.The unit comprehensive energy consumption gradually decreases from 1033 kW·h/t to 786 kW·h/t,and the decreasing range gradually decreases.When the outlet pressure of compressor-3 is 3 MPa and the outlet temperature of liquefier-2 is-33℃,with the increase of oxygen mole fraction in oxidant,the carbon capture rate gradually increases,the product CO_(2) purity presents a parabola-like change curve,and the unit comprehensive energy consumption first decreases and then increases.When the oxygen mole fraction in oxidant is 95%,the unit comprehensive energy consumption is the lowest,which is 819 kW·h/t.When the outlet pressure of compressor-3 is 3 MPa and the outlet temperature of liquefier-2 is-33℃,in order to capture ordinary grade pure CO_(2),the unit comprehensive energy consumption of oxygen-rich combustion carbon capture in natural gas furnace using oxidants with oxygen mole fraction of 90%and 95%is 21%and 33%lower than that of pure oxygen combustion carbon capture.When the outlet temperature of liquefier-2 drops to-54℃,the unit comprehensive energy consumption of oxygen-rich combustion carbon capture in natural gas furnace using oxidants with oxygen mole fraction of 75%-95%is lower than the unit comprehensive energy consumption of pure o
