摘  要:河钢宣钢依托北京科技大学科研平台,采用矿相分析、XRD及SEM-EDS分析等方法,深入剖析高硫、高钙镁球团矿产生内核,导致还原度低的原因。从工艺、设备等方面开展操作优化和改进。通过高钛高硫碱性精粉焙烧机理研究和工业生产实践应用,形成了一套热工参数合理匹配制度。Relying on the scientific research platform of Beijing University of Science and Technology,Hegang Xuangang used the methods of mineral phase analysis,XRD and SEM-EDS analysis to deeply analyze the causes of low reduction degree caused by the formation of the core of high sulfur and high calcium and magnesium pellets.According to the analysis of pelletized core,operation optimization and improvement were carried out from the aspects of technology and equipment.Through the research on roasting mechanism of high titanium and high sulfur basic fine powder and its application in industrial production in recent years,a set of reasonable matching system of thermal parameters has been formed.
