摘 要:以AM60B镁合金轮毂为例,研究了压射速度、铸型温度和浇注温度对压铸件缺陷的影响。通过计算由虚拟实验得到的缺陷体积的信噪比,求解了不同因素在不同水平下的信噪比的均值和极差,进而获得优化的压铸工艺。经大批量化生产优化,得出的最优压铸工艺参数为:压射速度为0.9 m/s,铸型温度为260℃,浇注温度为680℃。Taking AM60B magnesium alloy hub as an example,the effects of injection speed,mold temperature and pouring temperature on die casting defects were studied.By calculating the signal-to-noise ratio of defect volume obtained by virtual experiment,the mean and range of signal-to-noise ratio of different factors at different levels were solved,and then the optimal die-casting process was obtained.Through the optimization of mass production trial production,the optimal die-casting process parameters are as follows:the injection speed is 0.9 m/s,the mold temperature is 260℃,and the pouring temperature is 680℃.The produced die-casting parts had the best quality,the fastest and the best stability.At the same time,it is found that the mold temperature was the most important factor affecting the quality stability of the die-casting parts,the filling speed was the second,and the pouring temperature had the least influence on it.Increasing the transition fillet of the mold can greatly avoid cracks.
