摘　　要：介绍了转K6摇枕的心盘安装面冒口工艺优化过程,分析了原工艺中心盘安装面采用四个暗冒口存在的主要问题,着重分析了两个明冒口工艺的优化设计过程,冒口优化后的铸件质量得到了明显改善,进一步为铁路安全运营提供了技术保障。The article introduced the optimizing process of the riser which set on the center plate of ZK6 bolster.By analyzing the main problems of the original casting process using four blind risers,the casting process was optimized by using two open riser.It is verified that the quality of the castings after optimized has been significantly improved,which further provides a technical guarantee for the safe operation of the railway.
