摘 要:目的提出一种基于超声背散射信息熵成像的微波消融凝固区检测方法。方法对15例正常离体猪肝组织进行微波消融实验(P=80 W,t=60 s),采集超声背散射信号,利用噪声辅助互相关算法对信号进行处理,计算其信息熵参数值,经过对数压缩和扫描变换,进行信息熵成像。通过多项式拟合技术对凝固区检测,测量实际猪肝组织剖面的长轴和短轴,并计算其面积以检测算法的准确度。结果信息熵图像中可以看到凝固区与正常组织的区别,对15例数据进行统计,其平均检测精度为87.42%。结论超声背散射信息熵成像可以检测超声微波热消融凝固区。Objective To propose a method for the detection of coagulation zones in microwave ablation based on ultrasound backscatter information entropy imaging.Methods Microwave ablation experiment was carried out in 15 normal pig liver tissues ex vivo(P=80 W,t=60 s).Ultrasonic backscatter signals were collected,and processed by a noise-assisted correlation algorithm.The information entropy parameter value was calculated.After logarithmic compression and scan conversion,information entropy imaging was performed.The coagulation zone was detected by using polynomial fitting technique to measure the long and short axis of the profile of the pig liver,and the area was calculated to evaluate the accuracy of the algorithm.Results The difference between coagulation zones and normal tissues could be seen in the information entropy image.The average detection accuracy of 15 cases was 87.42%.Conclusion The ultrasound backscatter information entropy imaging can detect the coagulation zone of microwave ablation.
