摘　　要：目的建立一套适合北京妇产医院特色的供应商评价体系,以规范供应商管理,提高医务人员的体验感,提升医工人员配合度,进而提升患者的就诊满意度。方法本研究通过调查问卷、专家访谈、德尔菲法等形成评价体系指标,为我院遴选适用的医疗设备供应商提供科学客观的参考。结果通过两轮专家咨询共筛选出4个一级指标,18个二级指标,45个三级指标。再将该体系指标细分为准入评价体系指标和准入后评价体系指标。结论本研究不仅建立了供应商的评价体系指标,还对建立的体系指标进行了验证。后续计划将评价体系指标广泛应用,并根据实际情况对指标进行升级和完善,为构建普遍适用的供应商评价体系指标提供参考依据。Objective Establish a supplier evaluation system suitable for Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,which amied to standardize the supplier management,improve the experience of medical staff,enhance the degree of cooperation of clinical engineer,and improve the satisfaction of patients.Methods This study formed the evaluation system indicators through questionnaire,expert interview and Delphi method,so as to provide scientific and objective reference for our hospital to select suitable medical equipment suppliers.Results Four first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators were screened out through two rounds of expert consultation.The system indicators were subdivided into access evaluation system indicators and post access evaluation system indicators.Conclusion This study not only established the evaluation system indicators of suppliers,but also verified the established system indicators.The evaluation system indicators will be widely used,and the indicators will be upgraded and improved according to the actual,so as to provide reference for the construction of universally applicable supplier evaluation system indicators.
