摘　　要：目的为优化医用耗材本市医疗保障信息业务编码贯标工作(无论医保内外均要对照核定国家医保编码),解决同一耗材医保编码、物价编码、耗材管理编码三码不统一问题。方法我院以此次医用耗材贯标工作为契机,通过数据的分类对比、同类耗材关键词提取,收费价格及入库价格匹配,依托已有的耗材管理信息系统,使用一物三码合一的管理办法进行实践。结果在不增加信息系统升级改造成本的前提下,完成现用的可单独收费医用耗材的国家医保编码贯标工作。结论医用耗材种类多、用量大、对医保资金占用明显,在不增加信息系统升级成本的前提下,一物三码合一后,工作效率提高,没有附加人力成本投入,且更便于医院对医用耗材管控工作持续改进。增加医院收费环节的准确率,降低医保收费项目错收、漏收现象的发生,为医院有效节流。Objective In order to optimize the“Notice of The Implementation of 15 Items Medical Insurance Information Criteria”in Beijing(both inside and outside the medical insurance shall be compared with the national medical insurance information criteria).it is necessary to solve the problem of inconsistency three codes for the same medical supplies,among the existing medical insurance code,price code and consumables management code,by using on the current data system and personnel allocation.Methods By the moment of implementing medical supplies in medical insurance information criteria,using the comparison of classified data,the extraction of different medical supplies keywords,and matching the retail prices and purchase prices,our hospital replied on the existing data and put“three-code-in-one”management approach into practice.Results Without increasing the cost of system upgradation,our hospital completed the work of national medical insurance information criteria on existing separately consumable medical supplies.Conclusion As the fact of wide variety of medical supplies,high usage and obvious appropriation on medical insurance,without increasing the cost of system upgradation,the“three-code-in-one”management approach brings higher efficiency,easier sustainable management on medical supplies,no additional labor cost.This approach has improved the accuracy of cashier section,reduced errors on charging medical insurance fees,and effectively reduced expenditure for hospital.
