摘　　要：目的构建智慧化检查统一预约平台,解决临床医技检查预约存在等待时间长、排队次数多等问题。方法梳理现有医技检查流程,清理冗余和不合理环节,重塑检查业务流程,设置多种预约模式,提供统一号源管理,构建规则库,搭建智慧化检查统一预约平台。结果该平台提供集中预约、诊间预约、自助机预约等多种预约模式,满足医院不同场景下的各种应用需求;提供统一号源管理,整合多院区医疗设备资源,实时灵活调整号源池,实现统筹安排,优化资源配置;通过构建规则库,自动避免了检查项目间的冲突,实现了智慧化检查预约,使预约操作更加简单、准确。该平台可有效地缩短患者的预约耗时,优化临床业务流程。结论通过智慧化检查统一预约平台,使预约操作更加简单、准确性更高,可以更好地解决医技检查预约中的诸多问题,提升患者的就诊体验与获得感,提高服务效率、服务质量和医院管理水平。Objective To construct of intelligent unified examination reservation platform to solve the problems such as long waiting time and long queuing times for the clinical medical examination.Methods An intelligent unified examination reservation platform was created by sorting out the existing medical technology examination process,clearing up the redundant and unreasonable links,reshaping the examination process,setting up a variety of appointment modes,providing unified number source management and building a rule base.Results The platform provided a variety of reservation modes such as centralized reservation,inter clinic reservation and self-service machine reservation,which met the application requirements in different scenarios.Through unified number source management,the platform integrated medical equipment resources in group hospital,flexibly adjusted the number source pool in real time,realized overall arrangement and optimizes resource allocation.By building the rule base,the conflict between check items was automatically avoided,which realized the intelligent examination reservation.This made the reservation operation simpler and more accurate.The platform could effectively shorten the appointment time of patients and optimize the clinical service process.Conclusion The intelligent examination reservation platform makes the appointment operation simpler and more accurate,better solve many problems in the reservation of medical examination.It helps to improve patients’experience and service efficiency,service quality and hospital management level.
