摘  要:颞叶癫痫(Temporal Lobe Epilepsy,TLE)是临床上最常见的难治性癫痫,其主要治疗手段为外科手术,即切除致痫灶,从而达到控制症状的目的,而致痫灶的精确定位是TLE手术治疗的关键。影像组学作为近年来发展迅速的一项新兴的诊断和辅助检测技术,可以高通量自动化提取大量医学影像特征并进行分析,其在颞叶癫痫诊断方面有助于区分硬化海马与正常海马,辅助外科医生准确定位致痫灶。本文对内侧颞叶癫痫海马硬化在影像组学的研究流程与进展作一综述,并讨论其未来研究方向与挑战。Temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE)is the most common clinically refractory epilepsy,and its main treatment means is surgery to remove the epileptogenic focus,so as to achieve the purpose of symptom control,and the precise location of epileptogenic focus is the key to TLE surgical treatment.As an emerging diagnostic and auxiliary detection technology developing rapidly in recent years,radiomics can automatically extract a large number of medical image features and analyze them with high throughout.It can help distinguish hippocampus sclerosis from normal hippocampus in the diagnosis of TLE and assist surgeons to accurately locate epileptogenic focus.This paper reviewed the research process and progress of radiomics in mesial temporal lobe epilepsy hippocampus sclerosis,and discuss the future research direction and challenges.
