摘  要:茶饼病的致病菌Exobasidium vexans在培养基上生长缓慢,难于分离,该研究采用改良的孢子弹射法,对当天采摘的病叶进行分离,分离纯化效率可达78%,较孢子弹射法提高了1.5倍。对分离到的菌株cbb进行鉴定,结合形态学观察、分子鉴定和离体茶树叶片致病性研究结果,确定菌株cbb为E.vexans。The pathogen of tea blister blight,Exobasidium vexan,grows slowly on the medium and is difficult to be isolated.In this study,the improved spore shot method was used to separate the pathogens from the sick leaves picked on the same day.The separation and purification rate could reach 78%,which was 1.5 times higher than that of the previous spore shot method.The isolated strain'cbb'was identified,Combined with the morphological observation,molecular identification and the results of the pathogenicity of the isolated tea leaves,the strain'cbb'was determined to be E.vexans.
