摘 要:研究自密实高强钢纤维混凝土(HSFC)-钢组合桥面结构中短栓钉连接件的抗剪性能,通过对14个栓钉连接件进行推出试验,讨论了栓钉直径、保护层厚度和配筋的影响,并对破坏模式和力学性能进行分析,提出荷载-滑移曲线预测式,并给出自密实HSFC-钢组合桥面结构设计建议。结果表明:(1)使用HSFC代替普通混凝土后,推出试件破坏模式由混凝土压碎转变为栓钉剪断破坏,短栓钉抗剪强度提高了39.1%;(2)当HSFC中栓钉长径比和保护层厚度不满足现行规范要求时,仍可实现混凝土和钢板的优良协同作用;(3)栓钉直径的增大可以显著提高栓钉的抗剪强度,但HSFC混凝土板厚度对栓钉的抗剪性能影响并不明显。It studied the shear resistance of short stud connectors in self-compacting high-strength steel fiber concrete(HSFC)-steel composite deck structures.Through the push-out test of 14 stud connectors,the effects of stud diameter,cover layer thickness and reinforcement were discussed,and the failure mode and mechanical properties were also analyzed.The prediction formula of load-slip curve and the self-compacting HSFC-steel composite bridge deck structure design suggestion were proposed.The test results show that(1)After using HSFC instead of ordinary concrete,the failure mode of the test specimens changed from concrete crushing to stud shear failure,and the shear strength of short studs increased by 39.1%.(2)When the length-to-diameter ratio of the stud and the thickness of the HSFC cover layer do not meet the current codes,the excellent synergistic performance of concrete and steel can still be achieved.(3)The increase in the diameter of the stud can significantly improve the shear strength of the stud,but the thickness of the HSFC concrete slab has no obvious effect on the shear performance of the stud.
