摘  要:选取了5万黏度HPMC、10万黏度HPMC、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、聚乙烯醇、聚氧化乙烯这6种黏度改性剂,去解决湿法工艺生产机制砂配制混凝土易出现泌水、离析、可泵性差的问题。通过一系列净浆试验、混凝土试验得知,加入HPMC的混凝土有较好的工作性但强度降低明显。黄原胶可大幅度降低混凝土泌水率、离析率,但会使混凝土黏度过大坍落度受到影响。聚乙烯醇明显增加混凝土黏度,但混凝土的泌水率、离析率并未得到良好的改善。聚氧化乙烯作为黏度改性剂使用时,可增加混凝土的保水性但悬浮性较差。瓜尔胶可全面改善混凝土工作性,同时强度不受影响,相较于其他5种黏度改性剂更适合应用在机制砂混凝土中。Selects six viscosity modifiers,including 50000 viscosity HPMC,100000 viscosity HPMC,xanthen gum,guar gum,polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene oxide,to solve the problems of bleeding,segregation and poor pumping performance of concrete with the manufactured sand by wet process.Through a series of net slurry tests and concrete tests,it is learned that the concrete added with HPMC has good workability,but its strength is significantly reduced.Xanthan gum can greatly reduce the bleeding rate and segregation rate of concrete,but it will cause excessive viscosity and slump of concrete.Polyvinyl alcohol significantly increases the viscosity of concrete,but the bleeding rate and segregation rate of concrete have not been well improved.When polyethylene oxide is used as viscosity modifier,it can increase the water retention of concrete,but the suspension is poor.Guar gum can comprehensively improve the workability of concrete without affecting the strength.Compared with the other five viscosity modifiers,guar gum is more suitable for application in concrete with manufactured sand.
