摘  要:将络合剂及沉淀剂掺入砂浆并对砂浆进行抗压及抗渗试验。基于正交试验,分析硅酸钠、偏铝酸钠、柠檬酸钠及甘氨酸在砂浆中的掺入比例与砂浆一次抗渗及二次抗渗性能之间的联系与规律,并对试验结果及分析进行了显著性分析。结果表明:影响砂浆抗渗性能的主要因素为柠檬酸钠,络合剂对砂浆抗渗性能的提升作用最大;硅酸钠、偏铝酸钠、柠檬酸钠及甘氨酸在砂浆中的最优掺量分别为水泥质量的1%、1%、1%、0;本试验的结果及分析具有90%以上的可靠度。The complexing agent and precipitant are mixed into the mortar and the compression and impermeability tests of the mortar are carried out.Based on the orthogonal test,the relationship and law between the mixing ratio of sodium silicate,sodium aluminate,sodium citrate and glycine in mortar and the primary and secondary impermeability of mortar were analyzed.Analysis was performed for significance.The results show that the main factor affecting the impermeability of mortar is sodium citrate,and the complexing agent has the greatest effect on improving the impermeability of mortar.The optimal mixing of sodium silicate,sodium aluminate,sodium citrate and glycine in mortar.The amount of cement is 1%,1%,1%and 0 of the cement quality,respectively.The results and analysis of this test have more than 90%of the possible height.
