摘 要:通过以风积砂等质量取代3D打印砂浆中粒径范围在0.075~0.212 mm的石英砂,研究风积砂对打印砂浆可建造性、抗压强度、体积稳定性以及抗冻性能的影响。研究表明,砂浆的可建造性、各龄期砂浆抗压强度、砂浆抗冻性能随着风积砂取代率的增加,均呈现先提升后下降的趋势,且当风积砂取代率为60%时,流动性与堆积性最好,表现出最好的可建造性,28 d抗压强度65 MPa。体积稳定性表现为微膨胀。100次冻融后强度损失率为8.82%,综合性能较好,且从打印效果来看,掺入风积砂后明显使打印模型表面更加细腻。The influence of aeolian sand on the buildability,compressive strength,volume stability frost resistance of the printing mortar is systematically studied by substituting the equivalent proportion of quartz sand with the particle size range from 0.075 mm to 0.212 mm in 3D printing mortar with aeolian sand.The results showed that with the increasing of the replacement rate of aeolian sand,the buildability,compressive and strength frost resistance of mortar first lifting and then decreased,the change of volume stability was consistent with the change of density of fine sand after substitution.It demonstrated that the fluidity,accumulation and buildability of mortar are best when the replacement rate of aeolian sand is 60%,the compressive strength of mortar after curing for 28 days reaches 65 MPa,the volume stability of mortar is manifested as slight expansion.Meanwhile,the strength loss rate of mortar reaches 8.82%after 100 times of freezing-thawing,it indicates that the comprehensive properties of mortar are better.Moreover,from the perspective of 3D printing model,the addition of aeolian sand obviously makes the surface of the printed model more delicate.
