摘 要:为实现传动链的快速、智能化设计,以传动性能最大化为目标进行传动链方案规划,提出了面向传动性能评价的传动链方案设计方法。分析传动链设计知识层次关系,以需求为统一颜色,功能为个人颜色,基础元件为要素,运动形式为约束构建传动链设计知识多色模型。以需求-功能围道矩阵,功能-元件推理矩阵,运动形式-元件约束矩阵进行合取推理,获得方案集。以工作性能、传动效率为传动性能评价准则,建立传动链多目标0-1规划模型。给出基于传动类型遗传编码机制、交叉操作与变异操作的改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法。以机床传动链方案设计为例,验证了所提出方法的有效性。In order to realize the rapid and intelligent design of the transmission chain,the transmission chain scheme is planned with the aim of maximizing the transmission performance,and the design method of the transmission chain scheme for the transmission performance evaluation is proposed.Analyzing the knowledge hierarchy of the transmission chain design bases on the demand as the unified color,the function as the individual color,the basic component as the element,and the motion form as the constraint to construct the Polychromatic Sets model of the transmission chain design knowledge.The demand-function perimeter matrix,the function-component reasoning matrix,the motion form-component constraint matrix are combined and reasoned to obtain the scheme set.Based on the performance evaluation and transmission efficiency,the multi-objective 0-1 planning model of the transmission chain was established.An improved NSGA-II algorithm based on the genetic coding mechanism,crossover operation and mutation operation of the transmission type is given.Taking the design of machine tool transmission chain as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
