摘 要:考虑永磁变速机中永磁体的材料特性,计算了永磁体磁场透入深度,为永磁体尺寸设计提供了依据;其次,建立了永磁变速机有限元模型,基于相对速度计算了内磁环、外磁环永磁体及调磁环的涡流损耗,讨论了永磁体圆周分块和轴向分块对变速机涡流损耗的影响。结果表明:永磁体涡流损耗较调磁环硅钢涡流损耗大得多,且永磁体涡流损耗随转速增加迅速增加;轴向分块及圆周方向分块均可大幅度降低变速机永磁体涡流损耗,但轴向分块更便于永磁体安装。Considering the material characteristics of the permanent magnet in the permanent magnet transmission,the penetration depth of the magnetic field is calculated,which provides the basis for the size design of the permanent magnet.The finite element model of the permanent magnet transmission is established,and the eddy current loss of the inner and outer permanent magnets and the magnetic adjusting ring is calculated based on the relative velocity.The influence of the circumferential and axial partition of the permanent magnet on the eddy current losses of the transmission is discussed.The results show that the eddy current loss of the permanent magnet is higher than that of the magnetic adjusting ring The results show that the eddy current loss of the steel is much larger,and the eddy current loss of the permanent magnet increases rapidly with the increase of the rotating speed;the eddy current loss of the permanent magnet can be greatly reduced by the axial block and the circumferential block,but the axial block is more convenient for the installation of the permanent magnet.
