摘  要:针对刚性联接件过盈配合中过盈量大小选取与优化的问题,结合联接件在实际工况下的变形量以及理论上的过盈量分析联接件的可优化状态,基于随行振动胶塞中设计的振动转子,研究偏心转子与电机轴在过盈配合下的理论应力应变,结合有限元分析实际工况下的应力应变,分析确定了偏心转子的可靠性,并得出联接件之间的最优装配过盈量与极限装配力,通过理论与实际工况下的应变情况,发现影响偏心转子的主要作用力为转子的离心力。因此,此款偏心转子在保证偏心幅度的情况下还可进行轻量化处理与优化。Aiming at the problem of selecting and optimizing the interference size in the interference fit of rigid connector,analyze the optimizable state of the connector by combining the deformation of the connector under actual working conditions and the theoretical interference.This article is based on a vibrating rotor designed in an accompanying vibration rubber plug,studied the theoretical stress and strain of the eccentric rotor and the motor shaft under interference fit,combined with finite element analysis of stress and strain under actual working conditions,analyzed determines the reliability of the eccentric rotor,and the optimal assembly interference and ultimate assembly force between the couplings are obtained.Through the theoretical and actual conditions of the strain situation,it is found that the main force affecting the eccentric rotor is the centrifugal force of the rotor.Therefore,this eccentric rotor can also be lightweighted and optimized under the condition of ensuring the eccentricity amplitude.
