摘 要:抱杆系统是悬浮式内拉线抱杆分解组塔施工安全的决定性影响因素,但由于其受力复杂且难以实时感知,造成铁塔组立施工难度过大甚至产生事故。为此,结合当前发展的无线物联技术,提出了一种基于无线传感器网络的悬浮抱杆组塔无线监测系统。通过对悬浮式内拉线抱杆分解组塔工艺的分析,获取了抱杆系统的安全薄弱点,从而明确了系统功能原理与模块组成。针对抱杆及其拉线系统的受力、倾角、风速、高度、距离等数据特点,选择相应传感器进行实时数据监测与采集;并针对监测点分布广、层级多的特点,采用LoRa树型组网模式,形成以上位机为网络总节点的一主多从无线传输方式。系统采用阵列巡检应答通信模式,各信道通过时分进行有序利用,数据延迟控制在ms级以内,并通过临限预警功能将各危险点数值控制在安全范围之内,保证施工全过程的安全稳定。The pole holding system is a decisive factor affecting the safety of the tower assembly of the suspended pole transmission line.However,due to its complex stress and difficulty in real-time perception,the construction of the tower assembly is too difficult and even causes accidents.In this paper,a wireless intelligent monitoring system based on wireless sensor network for in-line suspended tower is proposed.Through the analysis of the technology flow of levitating rod assembly in the transmission tower,the weak points of the system are obtained,and the function principle and module composition of the system are clarified.According to the force,inclination,wind speed,height,distance and other data characteristics of the holding rod and its cable system,corresponding sensors are selected for real-time data monitoring and acquisition.In addition,in view of the characteristics of wide distribution and multiple levels of monitoring points,LoRa tree-type networking mode is adopted to form a wireless transmission mode in which the above devices are the total nodes of the network.The system adopts array patrol and reply communication mode,each channel is used in an orderly way when passing through,the data delay is controlled within MS level,and the value of each danger point is controlled within the safe range through the limitation warning function,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the whole construction process.
