摘  要:基于挤出式生物3D打印原理,在对现有凝胶打印工艺进行改进的基础上,研制了一台可将凝固液雾化的新型生物凝胶三维打印机。提出了该生物凝胶打印机电系统总体设计方案,并设计了基于ARM-Cortex-M4内核的嵌入式控制系统和机械结构中的主要部件。同时优化了供液系统,解决了凝固液喷洒不均和较大尺寸凝胶成型件连续打印时供液不足的问题。该生物凝胶打印机通用性较好,可对多种材料且空间结构复杂的凝胶件进行打印成型。经实例验证,该生物凝胶打印机成型精度较高,打印速度快,安全可靠。Based on the principle of extrusion-based 3D bio-printing,the existing bio-gel printing process is improved,and a new type of bio-gel 3D printer capable of atomizing the coagulant is developed. The design scheme of mechanical and electrical system is proposed. The embedded control system based on ARM-Cortex-M4 core and the main components of the mechanical structure are designed. The liquid supply system is optimized,and the problem of insufficient liquid injection and insufficient liquid supply during continuous printing of larger size gel forming parts are solved. The bio-gel printer has good versatility and can be used for printing and printing various materials with complex space structure. The example depict that the bio-gel printer has the characteristics of high accuracy,fast printing speed,safety and reliability.
