赤石河口演变与河口治导线方案研究

摘  要:赤石河口外东西向的沿岸输沙,在河口区涨落潮流和波浪共同作用下,口外沙坝自东向西延伸,间接加长了河道,影响赤石河流域防洪纳潮。为强化赤石河口管理,保障泄洪、纳潮,兼顾旅游开发等需求,本文结合赤石河口近期演变及潜在的岸线利用需求,拟定三个治导线方案,并从对防洪防潮、流态、纳潮量、河势稳定等几个方面综合论证,最终推荐了左岸沿港尾河口顺接赤石河口规划海堤线出河口后,以45°角延伸至规划海堤管理范围线的方案。The east-west coast of the Chishi River estuary transports sand.Under the combined effects of the fluctuating tidal currents and waves in the estuary area,the sand dam outside the mouth extends from east to west,which indirectly lengthens the river channel and affects the flood control of the Chishi River Basin.In order to strengthen the management of the Chishi River Estuary,ensure flood discharge and tidal absorption,and take into account the needs of tourism development,this study combines the recent evolution of the Chishi River Estuary and potential shoreline utilization needs to formulate three traverse control plans,and from the flood control,flow pattern,and tide absorption.After comprehensive demonstrations on the amount and stability of the river regime,it is finally recommended that the left bank along the Gangwei estuary follows the planned seawall line of the Chishi River estuary,and then extends to the planned seawall management range line at a 45-degree angle.
