摘　　要：高校实验室安全工作,近些年来在各级主管部门和各高校的共同努力下,应该说有了较大的改观,但是仍然存在不少深层次的问题,如师生安全意识和安全能力不强、自我管控机制缺失,全员参与和持续改进不能到位等,致使实验室安全事故仍时有发生。进入新的发展阶段,需要我们坚持系统思维,强化体系建设,建立和完善组织、制度、运行、评价和保障等体系,不断加强实验室安全治理体系建设,构建起实验室安全文化,使师生从“要我安全”的被动转向“我要安全”的主动,真正确立实验室群防群治、安全有序的长效机制。In recent years,the laboratory safety work in universities has greatly improved with the joint efforts of the competent departments at all levels and universities.However,there are still many deep problems,such as the weakness of safety awareness and safety ability of teachers and students,the lack of self-control mechanism,the inability of full participation and continuous improvement,etc.,which lead to the frequent occurrence of laboratory safety accidents.Entering the new stage of development,we need to adhere to the systematic thinking,strengthen the system construction,establish and improve the systems of organization,institution,operation,evaluation and guarantee,constantly strengthen the construction of laboratory safety management system,build up the laboratory safety culture,and make teachers and students initiatively shift from the“want me safe”to“I want safety”,and truly establish mass prevention and treatment,safe and orderly long-term mechanism in the laboratories.
