摘　　要：针对连接器端子的产品要求及工艺特点与难点,进行了合理的排样设计,并采取一系列提高冲压速度的措施,设计出合理的高速冲压级进模。经过生产检验,该设计能满足客户的需求,也为其他的高速冲压模具提供了很好的设计参考。Based on the product requirements and process characteristics and difficulties of connector terminal,a reasonable layout design is carried out,and a series of measures to improve the stamping speed are taken.Actual production shows that the high-speed stamping progressive die designed by us can meet the needs of customers and also provides a good design reference for other high-speed stamping dies.
