摘 要:以宁夏优质耐盐碱水稻品种(系)为材料,研究不同盐碱梯度对水稻籽粒灌浆期淀粉积累的影响。试验设3个不同比例盐碱土和1个正常土壤对照,测定灌浆期5个水稻品种(系)籽粒中总淀粉含量、支链淀粉含量和直链淀粉含量。结果表明:盐碱胁迫可抑制水稻籽粒淀粉的积累,随着水稻籽粒灌浆天数的增加,水稻籽粒中的总淀粉、支链淀粉、直链淀粉含量积累变化明显,呈现先快速增长后缓慢增长的变化趋势。参试的5个品种(系)对盐碱胁迫响应不同,宁粳27号在盐碱胁迫下淀粉含量降幅最大,宁粳57号次之,京宁7号受盐碱胁迫影响最小。The effects of different saline-alkali gradients on starch accumulation in rice grain filling stage were studied with high quality saline-alkali tolerant rice varieties(lines)in Ningxia.The contents of total starch,amylopectin and amylose in grains of five rice varieties(lines)during grain filling stage were determined by three different saline-alkali gradients and one normal soil control.The results showed that salt and alkali stress could inhibit the accumulation of starch in rice grains.With the increase of grain filling days,the accumulation of total starch,amylopectin and amylose contents in rice grains changed obviously,showing a trend of rapidly increasing then slowly increasing.The five varieties(lines)tested had different responses to saline-alkali stress.Under saline-alkali stress,Ningjing No.27 had the largest decrease in starch content,followed by Ningjing No.57,and Jingning No.7 was the least affected by saline-alkali stress.
