摘　　要：新加坡气候常年高温、潮湿、多雨,城市化水平高,人口密度大,医疗卫生服务体系高效。医院建筑推行开放式设计,坚持“以人为本”的理念。本文以邱德拔医院和莱佛士医院为案例,分析新加坡现代医院建筑设计的特色理念,并总结新加坡医院建筑气候适应性设计策略,为我国医院建设和湿热气候区医院建筑设计提供启示。The climate in Singapore is hot,humid and rainy all year round.But Singapore has high levels of urbanization,high population density,and an efficient healthcare service system.Medical buildings promote open design and adhere to the“peopleoriented”philosophy.This paper takes Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Raffies Hospital as cases to analyze the characteristics in the design of modern medical architecture in Singapore,and summarizes the climate adaptive design strategies for Singapore’s hospitals,which provides inspiration for domestic hospital construction concepts and medical building design in hot and humid climate areas.
