摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区是全球高层及超高层建筑密度最大的经济带之一。为促进粤港澳大湾区建筑产业的融合和协调发展,需要整合粤港澳大湾区的消防法规和标准,以提高区域整体的公共安全。本文聚焦粤港澳大湾区高层建筑的消防法规及消防审查验收过程制度,详细探讨内地、香港和澳门不同法域中的高层建筑消防规范体系的差异性。在大规范协同的愿景下,提出粤港澳大湾区高层建筑消防安全标准协同开创性的指标和设想。The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the economic zone with the highest density of high-rise buildings and skyscraper in the world.In order to promote the integration and coordinated development of the construction industry in Greater Bay Area,it is necessary to integrate the fire codes and standards to improve the overall public safety of the region.This paper focuses on the fire safety codes of the high-rise buildings in the Greater Bay Area and the fire audit and acceptance system,and discusses in detail the differences in the fire code systems for high-rise buildings in China,Hong Kong and Macao.By referring to the vision of the coordination of codes in the Greater Bay Area,this paper also proposes pioneering indicators and assumptions for the coordination of fire safety codes for high-rise buildings in the Greater Bay Area.
