摘  要:天目山快速路隧道与杭州地铁三号线汽古区间并行,且其2号、4号基坑上跨紫之隧道,根据原施工方案,先对天目山隧道进行围护和结构施工,再对三号线汽古区间进行盾构施工。但该方案下的施工时间过长,将大大延长三号线的施工工期。根据对先行施工的快速路4号、5号基坑监测发现,基坑开挖对相邻3号线盾构区间的影响微小可控,故将原施工方案调整为先穿后挖,即先对2号、3号基坑进行围护施工,再进行三号线汽古区间的盾构施工,最后对2号、3号基坑进行结构施工。通过采取一定的保障措施和进行更加密集的监测,认为先穿后挖方案是可行的,且工期较先挖后穿节省了两个半月的时间,具有良好的工程价值。Tianmu Mountain Expressway Tunnel is parallel to the Qi-Gu section of Hangzhou Metro Line 3,and its No.2 and No.4 foundation pits go across Zizhi Tunnel.According to the original construction scheme,enclosure and structure construction of Tianmu Mountain Tunnel will be carried out first,and then shield construction will be carried out on the Qi-Gu section of Line 3.However,the construction time under this scheme is too long,which greatly prolongs the construction period of Line 3.Moreover,according to the detection of the excavation of No.4 and No.5 pits of the expressway in advance,it is found that the influence of the excavation of the foundation pit on the adjacent shield section of Line 3 is small and controllable.Therefore,the original construction scheme was adjusted to“shield before excavation”,that is,the containment construction of No.2,3 foundation pits will be carried out first,then the shield construction of the Qi-Gut section of Line 3,and finally the structural construction of No.2,3 foundation pits.By taking certain safeguard measures and carrying out more intensive inspection,it is considered that the scheme of“shield before excavation”is feasible,and the construction period saves two and a half months compared with that of“excavation before shield”,and it has good engineering value.
