摘  要:文章采用经过厌氧预处理的生物铁泥作为接种污泥,以氨氮和三价铁为主要营养源,探究在厌氧条件下生物铁泥中的铁氨氧化过程及其影响因素。结果表明:实验组出现了明显的铁氨氧化现象,NH;去除率为89.33%,伴随NH;去除产生的Fe(Ⅱ)浓度最高达到了751.16 mg/L,其氨氮去除率和Fe(Ⅱ)浓度远远高于接种生物铁泥但未投加三价铁的对照组B,对照组B氨氮去除率和Fe(Ⅱ)浓度最后分别仅为26.03%和257.8 mg/L,而只投加三价铁的对照组A未出现NH;的去除和Fe(Ⅲ)的还原。各影响因素实验中NH;出水浓度的对数值基本都与其反应时间符合一级衰减动力学模式,其模型拟合校正系数R;在0.784~0.971之间。To investigate the process of Feammox and its influencing factors under anaerobic condition,a laboratory experiment was carried out with ammonia nitrogen and ferric iron that after being anaerobically pre-treated were used as main nutrient sources to feed the bio-ferric sludge.The experiment showed that apparent iron reduction occurred as far as the experimental groups and NH;removal rate was 89.33%,and Fe(Ⅱ) produced accompanying with NH;removal the concentration reaching as high as 751.16 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate and Fe(Ⅱ) concentration were much higher than the control group B,which had been inoculated with bio-ferric sludge but without Fe(Ⅲ) added in.As for control group B,ammonia nitrogen removal rate was merely 26.03%and Fe(Ⅱ) concentration 257.8 mg/L.However,neither NH;removal nor Fe(Ⅲ) reduction occurred in control group A,into which only Fe(Ⅲ) had been added.Besides,the logarithm of NH;concentrations,which was one of the factors that influenced experiments in the treated effluent,basically conformed to the first-order attenuation kinetic model,and its reaction time,and its model fitting correction coefficient (R~2) ranged from 0.784 to 0.971.
