补气通络方外敷联合生脉散合酸枣仁汤内服治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析补气通络方外敷联合生脉散合酸枣仁汤内服治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法抽取2019年至2021年南阳医学高等专科学校第三附属医院收治的冠心痛心绞痛患者84例,采用数字随机与患者自愿的方法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组采用生脉散合酸枣仁汤内服治疗,观察组在此基础上联合补气通络方外敷。比较两组的治疗效果、心绞痛改善效果及治疗前后血清学指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(83.33%,35/42)高于对照组(69.05%,29/42),P<0.05。治疗前,两组血脂水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组变化幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胸痛消失时间及心肌酶峰前移时间均少于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组肌酸激酶同工酶、超敏肌钙蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组心脏超声各参数均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反发生率(4.76%,2/42)低于对照组(14.29%,6/42),P<0.05。结论补气通络方外敷联合生脉散合酸枣仁汤内服治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果明显,有助于改善患者的临床症状。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Buqi Tongluo prescription applied externally combined with Shengmai powder and Suanzaoren decoction on patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Eight-four patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treatedx in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from 2019 to 2021 were selected.And they were divided into control group and observation group by random number and patients’voluntary,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shengmai powder and Suanzaoren decoction.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Buqi Tongluo prescription for external application.The curative effects and the improvement effect of angina pectoris were compared between the two groups,and the changes of serological indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(83.33%,35/42)was higher than that of the control group(69.05%,29/42),P<0.05.There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were lower,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the change range of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of chest pain and the forward shift time of myocardial enzyme peak in the observation group were less than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of creatine kinase isozyme and high-sensitivity troponin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the parameters of cardiac ultrasound in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in th
