摘  要:针对真实地形下天然气管道倾斜角度大、管内气体流动特性不明确的问题,以石油化工领域常见的天然气湿气输送工艺为研究对象,基于双流体理论模拟分析了不同管道倾斜角度对于管内气体流动特性的影响。研究表明,随着管道倾斜角度的增加,在持液率变化较小的情况下管内气体压降增大;在一定管道倾斜角度范围内,管内气体温降随着管道倾斜角度的增加而变大;管道持液率与管道倾斜角度呈现负相关变化关系。研究结果对于天然气管道的安全运行和流动保障具有一定理论意义。Aiming to solve the problem of large inclination degree and unclear gas flow characteristics in natural gas pipelines in real terrain,the effect of different inclination degrees on gas flow characteristics in natural gas pipelines was simulated based on two-fluid model theory by taking the common wet natural gas transportation process in petrochemical industry as the research object.Research results shown that the gas pressure drop in the pipeline increases in the case where the liquid holdup rate changes little with the increase of pipeline inclination degree.In a certain range of the pipeline inclination degree,the temperature drop increases with the increase of pipeline inclination degree.There is a negative correlation between the liquid holdup rate and the pipeline inclination degree.The results have some theoretical significance for the safety in operation and flow assurance of natural gas pipelines.
