一种杀菌涂料专用金红石钛白粉制备方法

摘　　要：将钛白粉粗品研磨、制浆,制成浓度为500~700g/L的钛白粉浆料;制成的钛白粉浆料转入表面处理罐内进行表面处理;表面处理结束后的钛白粉浆料转入压滤机内用脱盐水进行洗涤,然后进行干燥处理,得到粉料,转入第一粉料仓;将第一粉料仓内的粉料与磷酸锆按照一定比例,同时与有机包膜剂一起转入汽粉机内进行气流粉碎和有机包膜,得到的粉料转入第二粉料仓。针对现有常规钛白粉涂料难以满足直接杀菌的需求,本文提供一种用于杀菌涂料的复合包覆钛白粉的制备方法,不需要额外添加其他添加剂,能够直接制作成杀菌涂料实现杀菌功能。The crude titanium dioxide is ground and pulped to make a titanium dioxide slurry with a concentration of 500~700g/L.The prepared titanium dioxide slurry is transferred to a surface treatment tank for surface treatment.The titanium dioxide slurry is transferred into the filter press for washing with desalinated water,and then dried to obtain powder,which is transferred to the first powder silo;the powder in the first powder silo and zirconium phosphate are in a certain proportion.At the same time,together with the organic coating agent,it is transferred into the steam powder machine for airflow pulverization and organic coating,and the obtained powder is transferred to the second silo.In view of the fact that the existing conventional titanium dioxide coatings are difficult to meet the needs of direct sterilization.This paper provides a preparation method of composite-coated titanium dioxide for sterilization coatings,which can be directly made into sterilization coatings without adding other additives to achieve sterilization function.
