摘  要:国家提出减少二氧化碳排放量,从源头节约能源,采用环氧乙烷与二氧化碳合碳酸乙烯酯和碳酸二甲酯;在合成过程的碳酸乙烯酯(EC)会定期更换催化剂产生废料;碳酸乙烯酯废料进回收再水解反应进行了研究,考察了水/EC摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量(以EC质量计)和反应压力对反应的影响,确定了EC催化水解反应的较佳工艺条件:反应温度160~180℃,水/EC摩尔比2.0~4.0,催化剂质量分数约2.0%,反应压力范围3.0~4.0MPa。在以上工艺条件下,原料含有EG时(EG/EC摩尔比0.5~1.0),反应2h,EC也可完全水解,EG选择性高于98%。China proposed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and save energy from the source,using ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide combined with ethylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate;During the synthesis process,the vinyl carbonate (EC) catalyst is periodically replaced to produce waste;The effects of water/EC molar ratio,reaction temperature,catalyst dosage (in terms of EC mass) and reaction pressure on the reaction were investigated.The optimal technological conditions for EC catalytic hydrolysis reaction were determined as follows:The reaction temperature was 160~180℃,the molar ratio of water/EC was 2.0~4.0,the mass fraction of catalyst was about 2.0%,and the reaction pressure was 3.0~4.0MPa.Under the above technological conditions,when the raw material contains EG (EG/EC molar ratio 0.5~1.0),the reaction time is 2 h,EC can be completely hydrolyzed,EG selectivity is higher than 98%.
