海上油田工艺舱原油乳化异常分析及处理

摘　　要：海上原油在开采、集运过程中容易混入杂质,经过长期贮存,形成乳化程度高的老旧原油。高乳化旧原油具有乳化程度高、杂质多、有一定导电性的特点,增加了原油脱水处理的难度,降低了脱水设备的运行效率,对原油脱水工作造成很大的负面影响。海上油田原油乳化的主要原因包括天然乳化剂导致原油形成稳定乳化油,采油过程中原油乳化液的形成,温度影响海上油田乳状液的流变性,油井酸化解堵致使原油乳化严重。为缓解海上油田原油乳化现状,深入对海上油田工艺舱原油乳化异常进行分析及处理,不断降低来液的乳化影响,增加分水量。Impurities are easily mixed into offshore crude oil in the process of exploitation and transportation.After long-term storage,it forms old crude oil with high emulsification.High emulsified old crude oil has the characteristics of high emulsification degree,many impurities and certain conductivity,which increases the difficulty of crude oil dehydration,reduces the operation efficiency of dehydration equipment,and has a great negative impact on crude oil dehydration.The main causes of crude oil emulsification in offshore oil fields include the formation of stable emulsified oil caused by natural emulsifiers,the formation of crude oil emulsion in the process of oil production,the influence of temperature on the rheology of offshore oil field emulsion,and the serious emulsification of crude oil caused by acidizing and unblocking of oil wells.In order to alleviate the current situation of crude oil emulsification in offshore oil field,the crude oil emulsification abnormality in offshore oil field process cabin is deeply analyzed and treated,so as to continuously reduce the emulsification influence of incoming liquid and increase the water diversion.
