摘 要:掘进巷道过采空冒落区是整合煤矿中常见的支护难题,本文针对正升煤业西翼胶带大巷掘进工作面过采空冒落段的具体地质情况,提出了“预注浆+钢管帷幕+U型钢棚”和“人工假顶+工字钢棚+后注浆”两种联合支护方案,经过技术论证及比选,实践采用“预注浆+钢管帷幕+U型钢棚”联合支护的工艺,实现安全通过并保持稳定,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,并为类似条件巷道过采空区提供了有益借鉴。It is a common support problem in the coal mine that the tunneling roadway passes through the goaf and caving area.This paper proposes a"pre-grouting+steel pipe curtain+U-shaped steel shed"and"artificial false roof+I-shaped steel shed+post-grouting"two joint support schemes,after technical demonstration and selection,the practice adopts the combination of"pre-grouting+steel tube curtain+U-shaped steel shed".The technology of support can achieve safe passage and maintain stability,achieve good economic and social benefits,and provide a useful reference for roadways with similar conditions to pass through the goaf.
