摘　　要：加热辊是连续毡增强热塑性片材辊压机的关键部件,其性能直接关系到连续毡增强热塑性片材辊压机的运行速度和产品质量。从加热辊的结构和流道分布入手,在导热油加热的情况下,分析加热辊预热状态与工作状态的热量计算公式,同时通过比较两种状态下导热油的需求量,为加热系统的设计提供参考。The heating roller is a key component of the continuous felt-reinforced thermoplastic sheet roller press, and its performance is directly related to the running speed and product quality of the continuous felt-reinforced thermoplastic sheet roller press.Starting from the structure and flow channel distribution of the heating roller, in the case of heat transfer oil heating, the heat calculation formulas of the heating roller preheating state and working state were analyzed.At the same time, a reference for the design of the heating system was provided by comparing the demands for heat transfer oil in the two states.
