摘　　要：针对现有污水处理设备中刮渣机构工艺性较差,不易维修,磁盘加工与装配较为复杂,兜泥条使用寿命较短,需要经常更换等问题,设计了用于污水处理的平板式磁分离设备。介绍了这一设备的工作原理,分析了这一设备的主要机构。这一设备可以将污水中带磁性的絮状沉淀物与水分离,去除水中污染物,进而排放达标的净水。这一设备结构简单,易于维修,零部件易于加工与装配,工艺性较好,污水处理效果好,具有推广应用价值。In view of the poor manufacturability and difficulty in repair of the slag scraping mechanism in the existing sewage treatment equipment, complicated processing and assembly for the disk, short service life of the mud stick and the demand of to be frequent replacement etc., a flat-plate magnetic separation device for sewage treatment was designed.The working principle of this device was introduced, and the main mechanism of this device was analyzed.This device can separate the magnetic flocculent sediment in the sewage from the water, remove the pollutant in the water, and then discharge the purified water up to the standard.This device is simple in structure, easy to maintain, easy to process and assemble the part, good manufacturability, good sewage treatment effect, and has the value of popularization and application.
