摘　　要：对台阶缝筛管的加工技术进行了介绍。在加工中,分别采用激光和铣刀进行割缝,再应用随动成形机床加工出外窄内宽的台阶缝。通过台架试验和生产实践,确认加工出的台阶缝筛管内外压力损失小,过流能力强,能够克服传统矩形缝和梯形缝的缺点,滤砂性能提高,使用寿命延长,满足不同地层防砂的需要。The processing technology of step slotted screen tube was introduced.In the processing, the laser and milling cutter are used to cut the slot, and then the follow-up forming machine is used to process the step slot with narrow outside and wide inside.Through bench test and production practice, it is confirmed that the processed step slotted screen has small internal and external pressure loss and strong flow capacity, which can overcome the shortcomings of traditional rectangular slot and trapezoidal slot, improve sand screening performance, extend service life, and meet the needs of sand control in different strata.
