摘　　要：高强度螺栓应用于各行各业,连接关键部位,承受主载荷,受力情况复杂,现场使用时如果断裂,会造成严重后果。在高强度螺栓设计方法改进中应用鱼骨图,对高强度螺栓的断裂原因进行综合分析,从人员、设备、材料、方法、环境、测量5M1E环节入手,针对受力、材料选型、热处理、螺纹结构、表面防腐等方面综合提出可行的高强度螺栓设计方法改进建议。The high strength bolt is used in all walks of life to connect key parts and bear the main load.The stress is complicated.If it breaks during field use, it will cause serious consequence.The fishbone diagram was used in the improved design approach of high strength bolt to comprehensively analyze the causes of the fracture of high strength bolt, starting from the 5 M1 E links i.e. personnel, equipment, material, method, environment, measuring, focusing on the stress, material selection, heat treatment, thread texture, surface anti-corrosion and other aspects comprehensively put forward feasible suggestions on improved design approach of high strength bolt.
