玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减治疗成人肾病综合征的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究用玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减治疗成人肾病综合征的效果。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年1月某医院收治的114例成人肾病综合征患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为常模组和研讨组。常模组57例患者单纯接受西医治疗,研讨组患者在常模组的基础上加用玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分及并发症的发生率。结果:研讨组患者治疗的总有效率为98.25%,常模组患者治疗的总有效率为78.95%,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研讨组患者的水肿积分、疲乏积分、便溏积分、纳呆积分均低于常模组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研讨组患者并发症的发生率为1.75%,常模组患者并发症的发生率为12.28%,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对成人肾病综合征患者进行西医常规治疗的基础上,为其加用玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加减能显著提高其疗效,改善其临床症状,降低其并发症的发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of yupingfeng Powder and Zhibaidihuang Decoction in the treatment of adult nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 114 adult patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to a hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into a norm group and a seminar group.In the normal group,57 patients were treated with western medicine alone,and the study group was treat ed with Yupingfeng Powder and Zhibaidihuang Decoction on the basis of normal group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the discussion group was 98.25%,the total effective rate of the normal group was 78.95%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of edema,fatigue,loose stools and retention in the discussion group were lower than those in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of complications was 1.75%in the discussion group and 12.28%in the norm group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for adult patients with nephrotic syndrome,adding yupingfeng Powder and Zhibaidihuang decoction can significantly improve its curative effect,improve its clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of complications.
