小儿王荷花清热液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染表里俱热证的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究用小儿王荷花清热液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染表里俱热证的效果。方法:选择泰州市中医院近年来收治的100例急性上呼吸道感染表里俱热证患儿作为观察对象。随机将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组患儿使用小儿王荷花清热液进行治疗,对照组患儿使用小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒进行治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、即时退热时间、完全退热时间及单项中医证候的改善情况。结果:两组患儿治疗的总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后,观察组患儿的即时退热时间长于对照组患儿,其完全退热时间短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿发热、大便干、咳嗽、咽红肿痛的消失率均高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用小儿王荷花清热液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染表里俱热证的效果显著,能有效缩短患儿的完全退热时间,减轻其发热、咳嗽、咽红肿痛等症状。Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiaoer Wanghehua Qingre Liquid on pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection with exterior-interior heat syndrome.Methods 100 cases of children who met the diagnostic criteria were randomized into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given Xiaoer Wanghehua Qingre Liquid and the control group was given pediatric ammoniaphenol Huang Min particles.The efficacy,immediate antipyretic time,complete antipyretic time and improvement of single TCM symptom were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.0%,the control group was 82.0%.with no significant difference between groups(p>0.05).The immediate antipyretic time in the control group was shorter than that in the observation group,and the complete antipyretic time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.with significant difference between groups(p<0.05).The disappearance rate of fever,stool dryness cough,pharyngeal swelling and pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Wanghehua Qingre Liquid has definite efficacy on pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection with exterior-interior heat syndrome,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
