摘　　要：近年来,国际突发公共卫生事件频发,从H1N1猪流感、非洲埃博拉疫情、寨卡病毒疫情到新型冠状病毒疫情的爆发,对各级医疗机构的疫情防控带来了严峻的挑战和威胁。如何通过建设智慧医院,使用信息化手段来应对疫情是医院信息管理部门的首要问题。医院在公共卫生事件中作为疫情防控工作的重要环节,需要通过信息化、智能化、“互联网+”等技术手段和方法来实现有效的疫情防控。笔者总结了大型综合性三级甲等医院在突发公共卫生事件响应过程中推动智慧医院建设和实践的经验,为同类别医院提供应对公共卫生事件的指导和实践参考。In recent years,international public health emergencies have been frequent.From H1N1 swine flu,Ebola outbreak in Africa to the outbreak of New Coronavirus virus,the outbreak of the outbreak of the disease has brought serious challenges and threats to epidemic prevention and control at all levels of medical institutions.How to build a smart hospital and use information means to deal with the epidemic is the primary problem of the hospital information management department.As an important part of epidemic prevention and control,public hospitals need to implement effective prevention and control through information,intelligence,Internet plus and other technical means.This paper summarizes the experience of large-scale comprehensive Grade III Level A hospitals in promoting the construction and practice of smart hospitals in the response process of public health emergencies,so as to provide guidance and practical reference for similar hospitals to deal with public health events.
