摘　　要：业财融合信息化建设是医院经济业务信息向财务会计信息的自动化转化,推动财务岗位从做账会计向管理会计转变,使得财务核算能够从事后静态处理变成事中动态管理的必经之路。文章以某医院在推行业财融合信息化建设的实践出发,介绍了医院信息化建设现状,以此为基础进行了整体方案、信息化建设要点及经验分享。旨在优化业务系统流程,提升医院业财融合程度,推动经济业务信息向财务会计信息的自动化转化,提升医院精细化运营管理水平。The informatization construction of industry finance integration is the automatic transformation from hospital economic business information to financial accounting information,and promotes the transformation of financial posts from accounting to management accounting,so that financial accounting can be engaged in post-static processing into dynamic management.Based on the practice of L Hospital in implementing the informatization construction of industry finance integration,this paper introduces the current situation of hospital informatization construction,and on this basis,carries out the overall scheme,key points of informatization construction and experience sharing.It aims to optimize the business system process,improve the degree of integration of hospital industry and finance,promote the automatic transformation of economic business information to financial accounting information,and improve the level of fine operation and management of the hospital.
